Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and weight of the item.
  • Antique typewriters and larger items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

Domestic Shipping (Continental United States)

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.
  • Free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and location but are typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

Packaging

  • All items are carefully packaged to protect against damage in transit. Vintage and antique items receive extra padding and protective materials.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at brooksawantiques@gmail.com.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Brooksaw Antiques is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us at brooksawantiques@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

International Shipping

  • We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
