Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Brooksaw Antiques. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unaltered, undamaged, and with all original components included.
- Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Vintage and antique items are sold as described. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for items of equal value within 30 days of delivery.
- If you would like a different item, please contact us first to confirm availability before returning your original purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at brooksawantiques@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- We will provide return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was not as described or arrived damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Brooksaw Antiques is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been altered, damaged after delivery, or are missing original parts are not eligible for return.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
